EduKids is dedicated to hiring fully credentialed and licensed staff. It is our expectation that EduKids' families receive top-notch care and service from experienced and fully trained educators and administrative staff.
We seek reliable and trustworthy individuals who are able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Experience with NAEYC is strongly preferred.
Teacher Aide/Substitute Teacher Aide
- High School Diploma
- Experience in childcare necessary
Lead Teacher
- ForĀ Infant and Toddler programsĀ (Ages 6 weeks to 3 years)
- Associate’s degree in Education or a related field OR Child Development Associate (CDA)
- For Early Preschool and Kinder-Readiness programs (Ages 3 years to 4 years)
- Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s in Education or a related field
- For UPK (4 years old)
- Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s in Education or a related field
- Requires a NYS B-2 Certification
- For School Agers (4 years to 12 years old)
- Requires a High School Diploma
- Requires a minimum of 2 years working with school aged children
Management Trainee Program
- Bachelors in Education or related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a supervisor handling budgets and scheduling
- Ability to operate Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of NYSOCFS child care regulations
- Knowledge of NAEYC accreditation
Cook
- Experience with lunch menus and NYS Food and Health regulations
- Experience with food handling
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently required
- Vehicle required
Cleaner
- Able to work independently
- Organized
- Responsible and diligent
- Prior cleaning experience preferred
